Products must be returned either through the original retailer or directly to NightSnipe®, postage prepaid, accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. Products must be shipped to the address provided below. All returns must be fully insured and properly packaged; NightSnipe® assumes no liability for loss or damage occurring during shipment due to insufficient postage or improper packaging.

The return package must include:

  • The RMA number
  • Customer name and return address

Returns lacking a valid RMA may be refused or result in delayed processing. The estimated warranty processing time is 5–10 business days and may vary depending on product availability. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to NightSnipe®.
