Payments

All orders are processed securely. You can complete your order using a PayPal account, a Credit Card, or a Debit Card. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order. If you have any issues, you can also call us to place your order.

Shipping

We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and you can select your preferred shipping method. Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment. Once a label is created, you should receive a receipt along with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you have not received one. NOTE: Some orders are drop-shipped and most thermal and night vision scopes require a signature upon arrival, please keep an eye on your tracking number for updates!

NOTE: All Thermal and Night Vision products are automatically shipped via UPS or FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. Choose the free shipping option at checkout unless expedited shipping is needed. If this is an issue, please contact us.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. (Shipping quote seems high? Give us a call.)

Each order is packaged securely to ensure your items arrive at your door in perfect condition.

Refund & Return Policy

Predator Hunter Outdoors is committed to getting you the best products on the market and ensuring a smooth ordering process. We understand that sometimes things happen and items are returned. Therefore, we would like to be as transparent as possible in regard to our return policy. A 4% restocking fee will apply to all orders that are canceled or for which unwanted items are returned. The restocking fee will not apply to damaged or defective items as received by the buyer. You can review our full return and refund policy by following this link.

Price Matching Policy

We want our customers to feel confident that they are getting a fair deal. If you find a lower advertised price on the same new, in-stock product from an authorized retailer, please contact us before placing your order, and we will review the request.

For a product to qualify, it must be identical to the item offered by Predator Hunter Outdoors. This includes the same brand, model, SKU, condition, features, specifications, and included accessories. The competing item must be new, currently in stock, and available for purchase from an authorized retailer.

Price matching must be requested and approved before the order is placed. Once an order has been submitted, we do not provide retroactive price matches or post-purchase price adjustments.

Some prices cannot be matched. This may include clearance items, closeouts, liquidation pricing, going-out-of-business sales, pricing mistakes, used or refurbished items, open-box items, auction listings, unauthorized retailer listings, marketplace seller listings, coupon-only offers, rebates, bundle offers, special financing promotions, or prices that fall significantly below manufacturer pricing guidelines, including MAP where applicable.

Shipping, handling, taxes, fees, rebates, promotional gift cards, and other special offers may be considered when determining whether a price match is eligible. Predator Hunter Outdoors reserves the right to verify the lower price, retailer authorization status, product availability, and all other details before approving a price match.

Predator Hunter Outdoors reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify any price match request at our discretion. Approval of a price match does not guarantee future price matches on the same or similar products.

Approved price matches are valid only at the time they are issued and may expire without notice.

NightSnipe Warranty Policy

Limited lifetime warranty on the LED and light assembly, 1 year on parts and accessories to the light, such as batteries, chargers, mounts, and wired tactical tail caps. Within the 1st year, we will repair or replace any item free of charge due to a product malfunction or defect, not due to customer abuse or carelessness. After 1 year, we will still repair any item that CAN be repaired for a nominal fee of $20.00 to cover labor and return shipping, excluding batteries, since they cannot be repaired. If an item cannot be repaired, the $20.00 fee can be used towards the cost of the replacement part. All warranty repairs will require proof of purchase (Packing slip, PayPal statement, eBay point-of-purchase statement), including purchase date.
